Who we are

What we collect when you contact us

Our contact, property enquiry and valuation forms ask for exactly four things, and only one is optional:

• Your name: so we know who we’re speaking to.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number: this is how we reply.
• Your email address: optional. If you leave it blank we simply won’t email you.
• Your message: whatever you choose to tell us.

If you enquire from a specific property page, we also record which listing you were looking at, so the agent who replies knows what you meant.

We do not ask for your CNIC, address, income, or any financial details through this website.

What we collect automatically

• Your IP address, briefly. When you submit a form we check the IP address against a short-term counter to stop automated spam. It is held in server memory for ten minutes and is not written to any database or included in the email we receive.
• Analytics data. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type, and actions such as clicking a phone number or submitting a form. Microsoft Clarity may record an anonymised replay of how you moved through the site, used to find where pages are confusing.

Why we’re allowed to use it

When you send us an enquiry, we use your details to respond to it. That is the whole purpose you gave them to us for. We keep the site secure and measure how it performs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a functioning business. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each of them only sees what they need to:

• Vercel: hosts the website and processes the requests that reach it.
• Resend: delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email.
• Sanity: stores the property, area and article content you read. It holds no data about you.
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps) and Microsoft (Clarity), for analytics and mapping.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox and CRM for as long as we are dealing with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s standard retention period. The anti-spam IP counter is discarded after ten minutes.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@glosix.properties and we’ll deal with it. You can opt out of analytics using your browser’s own controls at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we add a form field or a new service provider, we update this page and change the date at the top. We won’t quietly start collecting something new without saying so here.
