What the listing information is, and what it isn’t

Property details on this site are provided to help you decide whether something is worth viewing. They are not a formal offer, a survey, a valuation, or a guarantee of title.

Where a listing shows a “Verified” date, that means someone at Glosix checked the listing on that date, including speaking to the owner or their authorised agent and checking the stated price, size and paperwork against what we were told. It does not mean we have surveyed the property, independently confirmed legal title, or guaranteed it is still available today.

Where no date is shown, we have not carried out that check. Prices and availability change; always confirm with us before acting on anything you read here.

Before you commit money

Take your own legal and financial advice before paying a token, signing a booking form, or transferring any property. Nothing on this website is legal, tax or investment advice.

Telling us something is wrong
